With over a decade at Maaken, Jake Green brings a wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge to his role as General Manager. Having worked his way through the company in roles including installer, team leader, site supervisor, and strategy and operations manager, as well as studying Psychology concurrently, Jake’s journey reflects his hands-on expertise and unwavering dedication to the construction sector blended with his passion for advocacy of mental health, people and relationships.
Since stepping into the role of General Manager, Jake has focused on using his strong strategic thinking to drive continual growth and innovation at Maaken. His strong leadership, and communication skills have played a pivotal role in guiding the team while still staying true to company values by prioritising its people, partnerships and customers.
