With a background in International Freight, Logistics, and Account Management, Alysha offers a unique perspective on the construction industry. Since joining Maaken 10 years ago, Alysha has played a large part in growing the business. Starting as a bookkeeper, then moving into the Financial Controller role, she was able to develop a deep understanding of the financial and strategic operations at Maaken before moving into her current role as Managing Director.
Alysha stepped into the industry without a construction background and actively surrounded herself with experts, immersing herself to gain necessary knowledge and continuously learn. Combining her expertise in financial strategy and passion for innovation, Alysha is adapting Maaken to be at the forefront of the industry, focusing on technology-driven solutions, giving the company a unique set of skills that set it apart from its competitors.
