At Maaken our smart processes consistently boost on-site productivity by up to 50% compared to traditional methods like rendered brickwork, helping clients reach lock-up stages faster.

I’m proud to say we’ve delivered a 93% success rate on 24-hour turnaround quotes for clients with signed agreements, and in an industry not known for speed, that’s exceptional.

Our supervision and construction teams maintain less than 10% callbacks over a six-month period, a testament to rigorous checklists, consistent QA, and resilient systems.
