Starting his career in cabinet making before spending two years in Papua New Guinea managing operations for a security company means his diverse background has led to be an expert people person who values relationships a has a strong foundation in adaptability and communication.
Shane is motivated by the people; he values the everyday moments with his team, the casual chats about family and weekend plans that remind him of Maaken’s strong, supportive culture.
Everything Shane does is rooted in being a good role model, supporting his kids, and constantly learning and growing. He takes pride in being part of a team that’s always ahead of the curve, embracing new technologies and sustainable building practices.
With a clear vision for Maaken’s continued leadership in the AAC space, Shane is proud to contribute to a company that’s constantly evolving while staying small in overheads but big in impact.
