Alysha Dew is the Managing Director of Maaken, responsible for the company’s strategic direction, commercial performance, governance and long-term growth.
Having grown up around the business founded by her parents more than 30 years ago, Alysha developed an early appreciation for the construction industry and the values that continue to underpin Maaken today.
Her professional background spans customer account management, finance, and freight and logistics. Combined with a degree in International Relations, this has shaped her commercially focused and strategic approach to leadership.
Since joining Maaken more than a decade ago, Alysha has played an instrumental role in the company’s evolution and growth. Today, she leads the business with a focus on scalable systems, strong partnerships, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Alysha is passionate about advancing the construction industry through innovation, technology and better business practices, while maintaining the accountability, reliability and long-term relationships that have been central to Maaken’s success for more than three decades.
